Yubico has "Yubico Authenticator", a Google Authenticator lookalike where all the codes are stored on the YubiKey and accessed over NFC (you need an NFC YubiKey, of course).

If you use this, you can also generate TOTP codes on your computer using the yubioath Desktop application. It's quite neat.
