I used to think that the people that were calling for the dismantling of the FBI were insane conspiracy theorists. I am not so sure anymore, the agency does appear to be compromised and have a very distinct political allegiance. Law enforcement should be politically neutral as they are very much the most powerful force in the country. A compromised agency is worse than no agency at all in some respects.
What’s their political allegiance? I can come up with a half dozen purposely screwed up or super shady recent FBI/DOJ investigations toward either political party.
What about “her emails”, Comey’s announcement, the Kavanaugh background check/tip line, the Durham investigation? Not to mention that every FBI chief has been a republican and the current DOJ and FBI chiefs are both republicans with federalist society allegiance.
