I am a libertarian, and I feel as you do. If I had not given up my privacy rights so long ago, I probably would have been a privacy activist. Constitutional rights should apply to everyone in the country. Spying on overseas traffic is not ideal, but it's rooted in a "technical" interpretation of the Bill Of Rights. It's also a fact that every other government does the same (and worse).
