Boutique law firm in West Los Angeles seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate for their middle-market M&A practice.
The firm advises on PE buyouts, strategic acquisitions, growth investments, and sell-side transactions across entertainment, tech, consumer, healthcare, and aerospace. They co-counsel with top firms and negotiate against Latham, Cooley, and Dentons on complex deals.
- Lean deal teams (partner + associate + paralegal) with real client exposure from day one
- Draft/negotiate SPAs, APAs, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, NDAs
- 2-4 years corporate/M&A experience at BigLaw, strong midsize, or reputable boutique
- JD from ABA-accredited law school, strong academics
- Hybrid: up to 3 days remote. No visa sponsorship.
- $200,000-$230,000 base + discretionary bonuses + generous raises
