I don't think there's a single DK meme, but I do think that this is a common DK meme.

Somewhat-serious suggestion: maybe people who actually understand DK, have a tendency to underestimate how well they understand it relative to everyone else, and so assume that everyone else understands it about as well as they do.



I've definitely heard the negatively correlated variant of the meme. I'm not sure it's the predominant one or always explicitly expressed, but it's out there.


I think it's hilarious that everyone piling onto this guy from being "so wrong" about Dunning-Kruger have a huge blind spot. Maybe they don't understand it as well as they think so, either. If it's possible that he's super-wrong, it's also entirely possible that they are too.
